Meet Adam Sobel; Owner & Chef of Cinnamon Snail.

Adam has appeared on the food network, Cooking Channel, PBS, and on the pages of the New York Times, New York Magazine, Vegetarian Times, and VegNews. As the author of the popular vegan cookbook Street Vegan, Adam’s restaurant, food truck, and catering brand The Cinnamon Snail launched in 2010. Cinnamon Snail was nominated 5 years in a row for The Vendy Award (which has been called the “Oscars of Street Food”) and has further been nominated for many other food industry accolades.
