You can expect your investment in Shane to pay off right away. His goal is to make it easier for your conference, attendees, employees, leaders, managers, and salespeople achieve success and overcome any obstacles through his proven methods. There’s no theory and no fluff. What sets Shane apart from the competition is that everything he teaches he has done and continues to use himself. He is not just a guy that stands on a stage and pushes his book or merchandise.
He has created a Global Compassion Movement, obtained a business degree, read over 700 books, and built many businesses himself. However, it is his real-life experiences and his philosophy of business and compassion – that you should be able to do as well as teach – that far surpasses any number of books he has read or could read on the subject.
When it comes to compassion he and his team have traveled around the world, produced over 35 compassion shows, and built large communities that take daily actions toward compassion.
He has spent time working in the trenches by getting on the street with the homeless and street kids. He has sat with the elderly, and with parents who have lost children to cancer. He has learned the stories of war veterans and discovered ways to help save the animals. And he has showcased many non-profits for their work.
He has led his businesses with compassion and created stronger systems every day that helps the people around him. His real-life experiences are what makes him such a good trainer and leader because he understands what is and is not working. He hasn’t learned this method from books, or teaching, but from doing it and living it.
Shane Jeremy James’ Connection with Rotary
Shane joined his first Rotary club at the age of 26 and it was in the rotary that Shane did one of his very first public speeches. He was asked to talk about business and his success at a young age. From there he gave many more talks, volunteered thousands and thousands of hours in the rotary. Shane established friendships and relationships with some of the most powerful business people who ran the communities, president of banks and other successful business owners. Shane says rotary has played and still plays a large part in his business life and success.

Compassionate behavior is contagious. It spreads all around you, multiplying its benefits, especially when leaders make a point of inspiring it in their followers. There are many clear studies that show that people who give compassionately rise to the very top of the success ladder. Yes, you may have your few exceptions, but when you add it all up the ones who have developed this skill get there much faster.
Creating a More Compassionate Company Culture
Running a business, like Chef Gordon Ramsey from Hell’s Kitchen or bringing in the mob to motivate your employees like Henry Ford, is a thing of the past. The companies who build the most compassionate cultures are the ones who become the biggest brands in their fields. They retain their employees and have a lot of fun building their businesses. Period. The importance of a positive relationship between employees and leaders was highlighted by a 2012 study which reported that of those not loving their job, 65% said a better boss would make them happier, while only 35% said a pay raise would do the same.
